The CIL houses a faculty/staff computer lab that offers a PC computer network with ten Pentium workstations and three dual processor workstations, that support multimedia production and presentation using Premier, and Director. In addition, this network supports scanning, laser, and color printing. A G4 Macintosh computer, equipped with a scanner and a G5 Macintosh computer are available to support users who prefer this platform. This area is also used to train faculty/staff in software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, gradebooks, graphics, and authoring software. Access to the Internet is available using Netscape or MS Explorer. Instructors may also download course rosters on disk for importing into gradekeeping programs.
